About Me

Welcome to my website! Currently, this site serves as a place for me to share my thoughts on my personal beliefs on a variety of subjects.

I like to describe myself as “eclectic,” meaning “deriving ideas, style, or taste from a broad and diverse range of sources.” Not only is this word fun to say, it describes my research perfectly.

All of my life, I have had a desire to learn as much as I can. My desire is to find the truth about everything. As such, I have taken at least a passing glance at almost every topic that there is to research, a good portion of it being organized in my multitude of playlists on YouTube.

Most of my study involves just enough research for me to develop my own beliefs and no more. This is part of the reason why I started this blog site. I started this in part to share some of my own thoughts about different matters, but I also wanted a space where my own beliefs are spelled out clearly and concisely – not just for the benefit of others but also for my own benefit of having a place to point as reference for my beliefs.

The areas that I devote most of my time to researching span a number of topics, ranging from personal development, history, science, Christianity, and others. Some of these blogs are my own thoughts and feelings about the subject matter. Others are built upon the research of others, and I am relaying the information to you in the way that I understand it.

I am committed to a life of freedom of choice. There are very few things beliefs that I hold to be absolutely dogmatic and irrevocably true. This does not mean that I am opposed for my beliefs to be challenged on these topics. By all means, I am open to debating and discussing any and all topics. It simply means that no amount of evidence may change my mind on said topics.

I do not require anyone to believe the same things that I do. Rather, my only goal is to present the research that I have come across and to let you the reader make up your own mind on the matter. You can choose to agree or disagree.

In this way, you have the right to think for yourself about what you want to accept or reject as truth, whether it is from me or anybody else. As a matter of fact, I would encourage that you DON’T just take my word for ANY of the topics that I present. I encourage you to do your own research, peruse through the resource section if there is one for the blog you are reading, challenge my statements on the material, and come up with your own beliefs on the matter, just as I have done.

I fully admit that I do not have all of the answers to every given question or topic, and I am still learning and forever will be. As such feel free to write to me in the comments or to my email if there is anything that you wish to add, challenge, or otherwise enhance anything that I have written.

There are things that I will forever stand on as being absolute, concrete, unchanging truth. However, there is nothing that I will try to force someone to believe, and many of my beliefs are flexible and subject to change. As such, I am open to any evidence that may contradict or challenge any of my beliefs, no matter how dogmatic that I am about the topic.

Now that you are somewhat acquainted with me, feel free to venture down the many rabbit holes that my blogs may introduce. As I take you into the depths of my research, hopefully you will be touched in the same way that I was when I decided to think for myself.
