At face value, you might think, “This is a ridiculous question. Of course rocks can’t talk. I have one in my hand right now, and I don’t hear anything.” However, if you listen really, really closely, you can hear that the song rocks are singing is “The Sound of Silence.” As a matter of fact, their favorite genre is hard rock music.
All joking aside, yes, rocks can talk and tell stories. Call me what you want – crazy, delusional, whatever – but let me explain:
The Bible says in 1 Peter 2: 4-10 that we Christians are built up as living stones in God’s spiritual house. This is easily applied on a spiritual level as referring to stones in the spirit, but what about stones in the natural?1
There is a Greek word “stoicheion,” also known as elementals. This is roughly the same as a spirit. I don’t know the exact mechanics of what they are or how they were created, but I do know they exist, as myself and many others have seen and talked to many, many of them.2
There are a few different types of elementals: those of trees, of stones and crystals, water, and a few others. The one that I have the most experience with is that of stones.
Of course, in the physical world, rocks are silent. You don’t hear them with your physical ears but with your intuition. It’s almost like a 6th sense. It is a spiritual gift that is developed. Before 2019, for example, I could not communicate with rocks. I could not hear them, nor could I feel the different frequencies of them. Now, through the spiritual growth I’ve immersed myself in, talking with rocks is literally a daily occurrence.
Many people will read this and immediately think of the American Indians of old. They also believed – and in a traditional sense, still do believe – that all of nature has a spirit attached to it. While I believe it is wrong to worship these spirits as gods – with Jehovah Elohim being the One true God – this premise of all things having a spirit is true.
If you are still skeptical of this comment, let me apply some science behind this using quantum physics.
At the quantum physical level, everything is energy. The physical world is made up of energy – or more specifically, light energy. What separates the different types of physical matter is simply the rate at which the certain energy vibrates at.
This is backed up by the Bible. Genesis says that God used His voice to create everything. What is sound? Vibration. This means that everything is vibrating. This is basic science. The difference between solid, liquid, and gas is the rate at which the molecules vibrate at, and is determined by heat. The earth itself has its own vibration, called the “Schumann resonance.”
Each type of rock has an ever so slight difference in vibration. This is influenced by a few different factors: shape, size, color, density, or molecular structure of the rock, where the rock came from, etc. This difference, just like talking to the rock’s elemental, is felt with the development of your intuitive factor in that area.
Interestingly enough – combining the difference of vibration between the rocks as well as the fact that each stone has its separate stoicheion – each kind of rock has its own language that it communicates with in the spirit realm.
For example, there are many different types of quartz – clear quartz, smoky quartz, rose quartz, Herkimer diamond, amethyst, and citrine as well as the many different types of aura quartz. Each type has its own language that it speaks, yet they seem to have a “common quartz” language. Selenite has a separate individual language than quartz. Kyanite has its own individual language. Yet again, there seems to be a common language that all elementals can speak to you in whatever language you speak, whether it’s English, Spanish, French, etc.
This also has a correlation to the spiritual gift of speaking in tongues.
In 1 Corinthians 13:1, Paul mentions speaking in “tongues of men and angels.” Clearly he is referring to the languages of the earth as the “tongues of men.” Is it so hard to conclude that there are also a heavenly languages – “tongues of angels” – which would sound like gibberish in the same way that earthly languages sound to those not fluent in them? I don’t believe it to be much of a stretch.
Going back to the meaning of the term elemental, I’ve discovered something interesting. The term “elemental” means, roughly in my definition, the smallest created part. What is the smallest created physical part of the universe? The atom. It seems to me that every atom has its own spirit, or elemental spirit, attached to it. A group of atoms has its own singular elemental. A stone the size of a baseball has its own elemental, but if a piece of it the size of a golf ball breaks off, there will be two separate elementals from that one initial one – the larger stone and smaller stone.
Of course, if you have never experienced this before, you may be inclined to disbelieve me. However, there are many, many people that I know that can feel the energy of the different stones, and there are a few people who I know personally that can and do talk to rocks. As far as the latter goes, there are certain spiritual gifts that come into play: seer, knower, and hearer. Those that have developed these abilities are able to discern what the stone looks like in the spirit, can hear what the stones say, and/or know what the stone wants them to know about it.
For example, I have a selenite palm stone I bought from a friend of ours a few years back. One winter, I had her in my pocket while I was digging in the snow in our yard, and she fell out. Selenite is white, so I didn’t even bother trying to look for her, and I knew the general location of where I dropped her. When the snow melted in that particular area, I easily found her. Selenite is a soft rock that is easily eroded by water. Sitting out in the snow for a few months caused her polished surface to roughen a little. As I said, selenite is soft, but the tiny etches in her surface made her feel even softer. My brothers developed the skill of communicating with the spirit of stones before I did, so I asked them what they thought she felt like. They all said that she felt like a kitten. When I was able to talk to her on my own, she told me that her form in the spirit world was indeed a kitten, and the name she generally went by was Princess Cuddle Kitten – which is why I’ve been referring to this stone as a she.
In the spirit, there seems to be not so much as “male” and “female” forms as much as spirits that have masculine and feminine qualities. I’m not entirely sure of the mechanics of this, so if anybody reading this has some information about this, feel free to enlighten me in the comments section.
To those of you who may feel like this is a bit “New Age”-y, I would just remind you of this one thing: God made these stones to begin with. Satan always tries to take what God does and either copy it or corrupt it. The New Age movement and dark occult do indeed use stones for rituals and power. That does not mean that God’s children should not use them to advance God’s agenda. Stones can be used as grids for both Godly and Satanic purposes. You just have to be aware of what you must use them for and when to stop using certain stones for certain things.
For the example of grids, if you are aligning your stones in a position that replicates the Kabbalah tree of life, you are tying yourself to a demonic counterfeit of God’s original template. If you have a grid of this sort, you are inviting in all sorts of demonic powers that you may not even be conscious that you invited them. I’m telling you this because I speak from experience. If you rely on grids for your stone placement, you must be very careful that they do not attract entities and powers that you don’t want. You must also have the discernment to know if and when the stones you have need to be moved or cleansed.
There are a couple different ways to cleanse stones. A common way is to have them sit in the sun for an extended period of time. Another way – my preferred method – is using selenite. Interestingly, selenite has a very cleansing energy to it and rarely needs cleansing, unless there is some serious spiritual defilement associated with it. You can simply place another stone on or near it, and it will cleanse the stone.
To return to grids, I had a one set up on the floor of my bedroom that was a representation of the Kabbalah tree. Through ignorance, I didn’t know that when I set it up. I had it positioned so that the top of the tree was my bed. Once I was told through Mom by a friend of ours that the grid was a representation of the tree, I immediately took it down.
On the flip side, a while back, I had a grid that was for the specific intent of being a place of stillness and quietness where I could go in the spirit and talk to God. I placed each stone with that intent. As a result, it created a beautiful garden enclosure as a place of safety that I did a fair bit of prayer work around. After a while, I took the grid down, primarily because of how much space on my bedroom floor it took up. The interesting part of this grid is the following. After I took it down, I could still feel that something was there. My dad even said that when he came into the room to say goodnight, that he still felt as if he had to step over the rocks, even though they were not on my floor. What I found was, that grid combined with the prayer work I had done set up for me a real place in the second heaven where I can still go at any time that I want to.
After a few days, I put the grid back in place, making a few changes to it. Now, it felt like a fortress. I had this grid up for a while, then took it down again, but the structure is still there in the spirit. I haven’t put the grid back up, but now it is a larger place than it was before, and is walled in like the first one and as protected as the second one. When I put up the grid for the second time, I found that angels were assigned to upkeep and maintain it. Now that there is no grid to limit what is in it, they have added a few things that make the place feel more peaceful. It is fun to visit it and see the changes that have happened in it.
This is as much as I am able to tell you about this topic at the moment.
